Refund Policy

Little Medicine Ranch LLC evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Due to the unpredictable nature of pregnancy and our comprehensive care structure, refunds are determined by the timing and circumstances of the care transition.
 

Eligible Circumstances for a Refund: Partial refunds may be anticipated in the following scenarios:

• Transfer of Care: The patient chooses to transfer their obstetrical care to another provider during the pregnancy.

• Medical Necessity: A pregnancy complication arises that requires a transfer of care to a higher-level facility.

• Previable Pregnancy Loss: If the pregnancy ends prior to 24 weeks (including miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or preterm labor and delivery), a refund will be granted. The final refund amount will depend on the complication and involvement of the management of the condition.
   

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Post-24 Weeks & Delivery: Once a pregnancy reaches 24 weeks and delivery care is managed by Little Medicine Ranch LLC, fees are generally non-refundable.

• Preterm Delivery: The Concierge Obstetric Fee is a flat rate covering comprehensive care regardless of the delivery timeline or outcome; therefore, it will not be prorated for preterm deliveries.

• Extended Inpatient Care: If a complication requires prolonged hospital admission, all inpatient management provided by Little Medicine Ranch LLC is fully covered under the initial Concierge Obstetric Fee. No additional costs will be incurred, and no refunds will be issued for completed care.
