Common Questions

How is the concierge practice model different from a traditional medical practice?

We have intentionally limited the size of our practice to devote more time to each patient’s care and individual needs.

The patients will have little to no office waiting room time.  Appointments will start promptly.

We can schedule longer appointment times and both the physician and the patient will feel less rushed and more connected.

Patients can contact Dr. Robles on his personal patient-dedicated cell phone and email, making it easier than ever to communicate.

Can I use my medical insurance for care with Dr. Robles?

Yes. You can use your insurance coverage for all of your lab work, PAP smear pathology results, ultrasounds, mammogram, hospital services, or any other specialists you would need to see. Your Obstetric Care Fee is NOT covered by your insurance. However, you can use your Out of Network benefits to get reimbursed for the CPT codes used for your visit. You can also use your HSA and FSA cards to pay for your fee to Little Medicine Ranch Obstetrics.

Do I still need health insurance to enroll with you?

We are Out of Network with all commercial insurance plans. You can use your medical insurance (such as Aetna, Regence, Premera, Cigna, United, Kaiser, First Choice, Uniform) to get reimbursed for your care with Little Medicine Ranch Obstetrics by requesting a Super Bill from us after your visit. You can then easily submit this online to your insurance plan to get reimbursed. To get an estimate of how much your plan will reimburse you, please call them and ask for what your Out of Network coverage is for specific Obstetrical (if pregnant) or Gynecologic (if not pregnant) CPT codes. Please let us know if we can provide you with the specific CPT codes you would need, before you call your insurance plan.

You will use your Medical Insurance for all of your care otherwise – labwork, ultrasound, mammogram, hospital stay, labor and delivery bill, surgery, etc. just like you would with any other medical office.

What is the conceriege obstetrical (pregnancy) fee?

The Annual Concierge Fee for Obstetrical (pregnancy) Care is $12,000.

Our pricing is simple and transparent. You will receive no more bills or costs from us for Dr. Foltz’s Professional services for the remainder of the year, no matter how many times you need to see us for your medical care.
