Functional Medicine Informed Care
Informing everything we do is the framework of functional medicine. Our goal is to utilize evidence based non-pharmacotherapeutic interventions to optimize each individual's health when appropriate. We then consider pharmacotherapy judiciously and on a case by case basis depending on a number of factors, including the patients goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.

Little Medicine Ranch Obstetrics aims to provide pregnancy care that combines the most up to date evidence based recommendations of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology with the principles of functional medicine to provide a truly unique prenatal care experience. Dr. Robles is board certified with ABOG and continues to train through the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Menopause Society. Mehama Robles, RN is also a certified Functional Medicine coach.
